Thankful Thursday and Auction Update

I'm also seriously thankful for everyone who's helped and is helping to make the Winnie's Wish Auction a success!

You all won't believe what I found! I have been pining for my serger sewing machine so I can make some of those self-heating nap mats and maybe a few puffy beds in time to put them in the auction. So I was looking around for the material for those, you know, to be ready just in case the repair guy gets done with it in time, and I found a whole bag of almost finished crocheted beds and cat nip fish kick toys! So I spent all day yesterday finishing them up and will be able to put them up on the auction by tomorrow night hopefully, knock on wood! But that doesn't give much time to bid on those newer items.
So I'm going to go ahead and extend the auction one more week!
I've been saying I would if I get to make the cloth ones anyway, so I'll just call it now and stop dithering. Perhaps I can make some nap mats without the fancy colorful edge.. I'll see what I can work out. Tis the time of year for those!
