Thanksgiving

Yes, we're late. I'm sure you'll understand that we are not especially joyful today.

But we didn't want the day to pass without saying Happy Thanksgiving to our dear friends. We are very thankful for all of you. Especially how you have all rallied around us at this difficult time for our family. It's been a hard first holiday without my dad but we are thankful that we were mostly together.

Hope your holiday was wonderful.

To those who celebrate it, Happy Hanukkah

I would be extremely grateful if you would share the need for adoptions over at Daily Dose. The Winnie's Wish cathouse is full full full! There are so many wonderful kitties who just want a forever family. Is it you? Is it your friend? Can you share about them and help find homes? Thank you so much! Click on the kitties on her sidebar to learn about each one!

Yes, holidays are difficult after you've lost someone beloved, but try to enjoy yourself in this upcoming holiday season, though it will be bittersweet.

First holidays are hard, mommy knows. Later on, holidays will be more joyful, we promise. You will be able to bring back many happy memories with joy instead of sorrow. And the holidays will be different, but the memories will be part of them and that will be happy.
(((hugs))) always.

A big fuzzy Noodle hug to you, please don't be sad. It is difficult on all the "firsts" but it does get better.
We hope all the little kitties get good homes very soon.

TW remembers their first Thanksgiving without her Dad and how her Mom cried all day. I hope Star and Leo still got turkey.

Can you believe the Human actually SANG THAT SONG to me all the way through? I mean, she can't remember where she put her keys this morning, but she can remember the tune to song from some stoopy 1970s TV show. Sigh.

Hi Star, Darling. Hope you gotted some turkey. XOXOXO
