Star doesn't use it, she prefers the top side. And she always seems to forget that Leo might be hanging out under it. She'll be walking by, all innocent and pretty, and whap! A paw comes flying out and smacks her foot! Or if she goes by the end, he'll jump out and give her a poke in the butt before he high tails it back under! Of course, she retaliates and whaps back at him. But like I said, she doesn't go under for the most part, so she's limited to however long he stays within reach.

If we had a tunnel like that, my human would use it to play kitty games with us - she'd wave a feather stick or other wand, string toy, like prey underneath and around the tunnel. Stalking prey that is trying to hide, or while I'm hiding, is one of my most fun games... and I bet Leo would like it too!

ReplyDeleteWe have a something similar to your tunnel, but we have disagreements about what to call it. I say it's a "princess castle" but Cheerio calls it a "battle fort". Even though we argue about what to call it, it's still lots of fun to be inside. Hope you have a great time in your tunnel! - Chloe
