Here's an example, he was playing rather wildly, but the pictures don't show it.
No! It got away from me!
Still not close enough.. come on!
I got it! But hey, there's all kinds of toys behind me...
If I roll over here, you have to flip the bird farther. Come on, quit being lazy mommy..
Ha! I got it again!
That's my boy, wild for a few minutes, lazy and rolly for another few, then shortly after, nap time!
I'm playing today too Leo, come and join me.
ReplyDeleteBuster (Emma too)
He looks like he is having a heck of a good time!
ReplyDeleteWe are all pretty wild when it comes to Da Bird...well, perhaps Meow-Me's an exception. She's very lady like in the way she plays. :D
ReplyDeleteBinga likes to play lazy, but not me! I sprint and leap around like crazy!
ReplyDeleteUm, we think that "lazy" can be a real talent...
ReplyDeleteBeing "lazy" and making you do all the work is a special cat talent!
ReplyDeleteYep...lazy means mom does the work. I do a lot of hard playing though. Last night when mom was playing with me and used our Kitty tease, I charged the denim bow and tumbled head over heels. I did a somersault!
ReplyDeleteborn to be wild...
ReplyDeleteMum was laughing at this - she said we are sometimes lazy players but then we catch her by surprise and she gets an ouchie!!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Everything in moderation, I say. Everything in moderation... purrs
ReplyDeleteSometimes you just have to rest between grabs!
ReplyDeleteEssence of cats!
ReplyDeleteSassy always tries to play from a reclining position!
ReplyDeleteHey, why over do it when you don't have to at all!
ReplyDeleteLeo, you are a wild man!!
ReplyDeleteHello friends! You won an award from us so please stop by and pick it up :)
ReplyDeleteLeo , tell your Mama you are a "power" player! Nice short stints of power when you play :)
ReplyDeletethe critters in the cottage xo
Having a great time with your bean! Very treasure moment.
ReplyDeleteTW knows all about that first graph. If I'm jumping, she can't take pictures. But I do play using only my paws a lot.
ReplyDeleteMaxwell: Yup, that's me too. Hey, why run after it more than once or twice when you know your humans'll bring it to YOU?
ReplyDeleteNow that is my kind of playing!

Me: Um, Hi, everyone! My name is Spitty and I'm a Lazy Player.
ReplyDeleteCrowd: Hi Spitty! (Weak applause)
Me: Yes, I am a master of the lazy-roll-and-grab play session, the king of the pleading glance that says "Please come closer, birdie!" or "Human, you can't seriously expect me to jump, can you?"
In fact, I don't know what I'm doing here. I don't even *want* to change! Bye now!
Crowd: ::grumbles and follows::
