Star! That's you in the window!
In the window, yes, but you will notice that I'm not on the barbarian-contaminated tree. Ignore the tail laying on it...
Leo: I don't know where else I could be.. I sure as heck ain't goin' up there right now!
Probably a good idea...
Star: Alright, quiet down, woman, we're keeping an eye out for bugs and intruders!
Leo: What was that!? Oh, nothing... Whew. Oh look! Bugs!!
We hope you all take advantage of any good days left in your year!
Paying attention at bugs and intruders is really a hard job, you are doing great!
ReplyDeletePoor Leo - I get the feeling he did not have a say in the matter!
ReplyDeleteLeo appears to be looking longingly at his cat tree.
ReplyDeleteWe wonder what caused that? From the look on Star's face, we think it probably had something to do with her being on the sill first...
ReplyDeleteMOL at the "barbarian-contaminated tree." All ladycats know that mancats have cooties!
ReplyDeleteStar...puleeze be nice to Leo. xox
ReplyDeleteThat was a very good joke you played on your mommy! We love hanging out by the door and windows too!
ReplyDeleteyou are excellent watch cats !
ReplyDeleteWe hope you both get rewarded for your bug and intruder watch.

it's so confusing when things get out of order.

ReplyDeletegotta keep you on your toes!! mom laughs when someone gets up on the top of the tree and someone else goes up to find it occupied.....
ReplyDeleteIt seems like maybe Star made the decision to switch roles. ;)
ReplyDeleteHave fun bug hunting, you two!
All things in due time!
ReplyDeleteHA! Barbarian-contaminated...we love this! Ooo, and bugs! Bug hunting is our favorite evening pasttime. Hope you caught lots! Purrs...

ReplyDeleteYou guys are doing great! xxoo
ReplyDeleteYou guys must protect your territory. I'm afraid I'll have to wait until Aril or May for my next whiffies. We're expecting another bad storm tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAww, you guys are just too cute!
ReplyDeleteAnd now I must ask - what do you know about Waffles!
Mowzers, guys, what's better'n' BUG watching??

My definition of a "good" day is about 20-25 degrees less than it has been. It's SUPPOSED to cool off tomorrow, but a lot of things are *supposed* to happen and never do. Sigh. Star, *I* would like to come perch on that nice little platform right behind you. You wouldn't mind, would you??
