Buddies or Siblings

I've been very sporadic lately, so this is just a reminder of why to those who don't know; I'm in time crunch with Twin 2's wedding. Between all the sewing and crafting I hardly have time to snuggle my kitties! They are letting me know that this is unacceptable so I give them attention rather than give the attention to their blog.. I'm sure you'll forgive me that, right?

A couple of quick pictures of the best new friendship in the house! Greg keeps asking if I think they know they are brother and sister and honestly, I don't know. I think it's more likely that since they got along so well as kittens that they, of course, get along now.

Leo and Glitter are buddies! They romp and play and are just the cutest things together! Cashmere has been more cautious of the giant lumbering mancat, but even she is coming around and we've seen all three of them romping! What joy!!!

Glitter is laying in the window and Leo is on his/their tree in front of it and they're comfortable with each other. That's a good thing, and then the playing together is the icing on the cake!

Leo: We're keeping and eye out for that evil squirrel!

Glitter: Two heads are better than one! This way at least one of us has our eyes on the yard at all times. Nothing will get past us!
Leo: No squirrel sighting yet.. but I think I see a bunny!

I will get back to the progress on the Celestial Skyway soon, I promise!

of course the wedding takes precedent....and then snuggling. :) LOVE that they are such good friends.

That's great that they're getting along so well. My limited experience has been that males bond more quickly and easily than a male-female of different litters.

And yes, real life takes precedent over one's cyber life. (Not that a cyber life isn't real, but you know what I mean.)

Life is short and the lives of our fur companions particularly so. Time with them always should come before time spent online, IMO.

Good luck with all the wedding preparations!

I’ve wondered that all along. I’ve seen sibs that bond and sibs that after living in different homes won’t look at each other. Best to give time to kitties than blogging. We’re not here forever.

We LOVE that Leo and Glitter are getting along so famously! :)

As others have written above, the wedding of course takes precedence. Paws crossed that everything's going smoothly!

We're sure that being a sibling won't stop you two being buddies too. You are both so cute our Mum goes all silly.

Must be fun to watch, and giving the kitties attention instead of blogging sounds like you have your priorities straight. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

The Human says it's a real joy to have kitties that are good buddies! She has only really had that happen with one pair of kitties and she says it was SO much fun to watch them together.

Star, darling, our neglectful Humans will have much to answer for if they don't help us visit more one of these days. XOXOXOXOOX

It's good to see friendships develop. I could do with some of those at my house. And I know how it is not to be able to give time to the cats. I always feel bad about it, because they don't understand my reasons (or excuses, as they would call them.)

I sympathize because the humans here have been busy too. I'm glad you're all getting along and are able to amuse yourselves playing and watching for squirrels.
